1. Corporate Overview
Wooho Group, Inc. was established in 1987 to expand the size of the company and expand its business area. Since its inception, Wooho Group has been carrying out various business activities for the past 27 years.
Wooho Group has responded to the demands of China and Korea by utilizing the knowledge-how and diverse network it has accumulated over 15 years prior to the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China. In the course of its business development, we experienced difficulties, particularly the IMF crisis and the international financial crisis, but we have overcome them to this day

Wooho Group aims to be a global comprehensive group that grows based on domestic sales and overseas trade and has manufacturing and distribution corporations in Korean and overseas elements.
Wooho Group strives to advance into the future by focusing on the projects listed above, and promises to demonstrate its status as a successful company in the near future.
Mid to Long term Goals
• Focusing on Korea-China trade business (Business development in connection with SINOPEC).
• Real Estate Redevelopment Project Promotion (Customized development/architecture-oriented business; Presenting and implementing optimal solutions for a certain size of complex).
• Exploring ways to utilize Chinese N/W (Item discovery and business proposals for promising business development, etc.).
Ultimate Goals (Global Business Group)
The ultimate goal of Wooho Group is the establishment of a Global Business Group.
• Domestic commercialization of Chinese business: This involves the Group’s Domestic Marketization of Korea and China’s Two Major Markets, and the Establishment of Pan-China Business System with Shanghai SPM as Peak.
• Semiconductor Substrate Development: Furthermore, Wooho Group has secured innovative semiconductor substrate technology to respond to the semiconductor technology required in the AI era, and is establishing a manufacturing system.
